Terms of Service

videorestoration.ai is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean [Company legal name]. “You” means the person or organization using the service.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to them.

You must be at least [18] years old and able to enter a binding contract. Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

We restore, clean up and upscale video files you upload. This includes removing scratches, dust and noise, correcting faded color, stabilizing footage and increasing resolution.

Restoration uses automated processing, including AI models. Results depend on the source. We cannot add detail that was never captured, and we do not promise a particular level of quality. A short preview is available before you commit to a full restore.

The service runs on credits. The cost of a restore is shown before you start. It depends on the length of the video, the output resolution you pick and any extras you switch on, such as noise removal or color. Previews also use credits.

• Plans renew each month at the price shown at checkout. Plan credits reset on each renewal and [do not roll over].
• Extra credit packs are one-off purchases and [expire after 12 months].
• You can cancel any time. You keep your plan and unused plan credits until the end of the billing period.
• Prices may exclude taxes. Where required, we add VAT or sales tax at checkout.
• We may change prices or credit rates with at least [30 days] notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

If a job fails because of a problem on our side, the credits for that job go back to your balance automatically. If a result is not what you expected, contact us within [14 days] and we will [review it and offer a re-run or a refund of the credits used]. Credits already spent on a successfully completed job are otherwise [non-refundable], unless the law says otherwise.

You own your videos and the restored files. You give us a limited license to store, process and deliver them to you, and only for the purpose of providing the service.

[We do not use your videos to train our models or share them with other customers. Confirm before publishing.]

You confirm that you have the right to upload each video and to have it processed, including permission from anyone who appears in it where required.

Do not use the service to:

• upload anything unlawful, or content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
• upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
• resell the service or share your account without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

We keep your uploaded and restored files for the storage period of your plan, then delete them. Check your plan for the exact number of days. You can delete any video yourself at any time from your library. When you delete a video, it is removed from our active systems [within 30 days] and from backups on their normal cycle.

The service, its design, software and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your needs. Keep your own copy of anything important. We never replace your original, but you should not use the service as your only backup.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12 months] before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to by law, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. When an account ends, we delete your files as described above.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [venue], unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
